In an effort to create a safe and caring place to learn and grow, Archdiocesan policy requires that anyone wishing to volunteer at St. James Regional Catholic School must have: 1) the required security clearances; and 2) have completed all the necessary Safe Environment trainings. In order to be considered “active” in service to our school, your documentation must be current. Please return the information needed to Mrs. Kristen Kilman, our Safe Environment Coordinator, at the school office as soon as possible in order for you to continue your service to St. James Regional Catholic School. Step 1: Criminal Record Check- (valid for 5 years). This form goes directly to the PA State Police. You can submit electronically and obtain immediate results, but you must print out the certificate and submit to the school office. To complete online visit this site:
