Effective Monday, February 28th, the use of masks will be optional for all students and staff in suburban high schools operated by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia as well as all suburban parish and regional elementary schools. This afternoon all elementary and secondary school families and staff are receiving a joint letter from administrators of the Archdiocesan Office of Catholic Education’s elementary and secondary divisions as well as Faith in the Future. The letter is an update regarding COVID-19 mitigation procedures in schools located in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties. Click the title to view the letter.
Cardinal O'Hara High School President Mr. Michael Conner presented 3rd grade teacher Miss Kathy Laverty with the Excelsior Award for Excellence in Teaching on February 11, 2022. The Excelsior Award recognizes grade school teachers who have made a meaningful impact on the lives of their students and for their love of the teaching profession. O'Hara students are invited to nominate their former teachers. Miss Laverty was nominated by SJR alumna, Molly MacManus. Congrats to Miss Laverty!
