Today we are highlight the lovely Mrs. Colleen Dooley. Mrs. Dooley is an aide to our kindergarten class. Her patience and big heart allows her to make sure all of our kindergarten students at St. James Regional Catholic School grow and learns in a safe and loving space.
Mrs. Dooley has worked at our Catholic School for five years, but has been involved with St. James since 2013.
During Lent, Mrs. Dooley wanted to take the time to eat healthier, exercise more and find time to relax. While Lent is over, Mrs. Dooley is still taking care of her health and well-being!
The last book Mrs. Dooley read, she actually read with her son. The book is called Fish In A Tree, about a girl struggling with dyslexia. This subject is very close to and important to Mrs. Dooley and her son.
Mrs. Dooley also enjoys traveling with her family. In July, they will visit Colorado. Unfortunately, their trip this past year to Ireland had to be put on hold, but she hopes to reschedule soon!
When asked about her favorite thing about St. James, she said this:
“Getting to work with Miss Everett everyday is pretty amazing. The whole Saint James community is amazing as well. The faculty and staff go above and beyond every day! Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand.”
